Located in the heart of the New Urban Area, next to the detension basin lake, surrounded by Buildings of the Embassy.

This is the important project of the Urban Area, HANCORP Corporation has selected the special quality materials and accessories, suitable to the project's stature. This is the first project in West Ho Tay Urban Area to use Low-e Insulated Glass originating from Japan to ensure the most important criterias are: sound proof, noise insulation, power saving and more is to avoid frost on the glass surface during weather conditions (this is important when the project is located near the Lake when it is humid).

HASKY is highly appreciated by the Investor for construction capacity, with the processing of both Aluminum and Glass integrated in one Factory, ensuring the processing work according to the standard of ASAHI GLASS CORPORATION - Japan.

Competing with many other Aluminum Glass Contractors, HASKY was assigned by the investor to implement the entire Aluminum Glass door system of the Project.

Currently, HASKY has completed construction and handed over to the Investor to welcome the first residents to live in this "Green Pearl" Project.
