Aluminium Panel

Aluminum panel which is known as Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is one of the preferred products used in finishing construction architecture. With feature of sound and thermal insulation, fire resistance, ACP is widely used to obscure locations where glass is unable to use or architecturally unsuitable, as well as used to support foundation in architectural positions because aluminum cladding has many different colors. Besides, it is easy to shape, bend in order to suit construction in many locations, especially the angled positions of the building.

Composition: Film on surface is a membrane to protect the surface against scratches. Below this film is a polyester coating, this coating is the layer that represents the color of the product. Next is the aluminum layer which is flexible, easy to bend, stretch, so the aluminum layer will show the mechanical and physical characteristics of the product. Followed by aluminum layer is a polymeric membrane, and then the waterproof, insulating, and non-flammable plastic core layer. The next is polymeric membrane, aluminum layer and outer coating.

ACP's thermal conductivity is 3 times as good as steel. ACP's thickness is about 4mm (there are types with 3-6mm thick) which is joined by 2 corrosion-resistant aluminum layers, each alu. layer is 0.2-0.5mm thick with a polyethulene core, a 3mm fireproof plastic, in the middle.
