HUMAN POLICY AT HASKY GROUP

Being aware of this, HASKY GROUP's Board of Management always considers Human Resources a core element and a valuable asset, and that's why the HR policy at HASKY is "creating opportunities of equality for all individuals who are capable of advancing in their careers, ensuring that their rights and responsibilities are always accompanied by the development of the Company ”.

  • Recruitment policy:

Recruitment is carried out in accordance with the development strategy of the Company. According to the annual plan and in each period, HASKY GROUP selects the best candidates in suitable positions based on the competency, quality, and experience of candidates through a fair and objective selection.

Subjects and criteria of recruitment are made in accordance with the annual business plan of HASKY and with priority given to:

  •  Candidates who are graduate or post graduate from domestic or foreign universities.
  • Candidates with good expertise, high technical skills, experience and working capacity to meet the requirements of the Company.
  • Recent graduates from domestic or foreign universities to create dynamic young human resources to meet the long-term development of the Company.

Policy for training and developing human resources

HASKY GROUP always attaches great importance to and develops quality human resources, which is a prerequisite for the company to survive and compete in business environment as well as create conditions for all employees to be trained and develop professional knowledge. Besides, the promotion of human resource training and development also aims to build, preserve, and spread the company's brand name and thereby attracting talents to work and contribute to the production development and business activities of the company and society.
